Candorful was an essential part of my success when transitioning out of the military. Great coaching, mentoring, and of course interview preparation! It took a lot of the stress out by lowering the uncertainty and the unknown of entering the civilian world after a career in the military.

By far one of the most influential and beneficial organizations. They were instrumental during my transition out of the military. I can't thank them enough. I increased my knowledge and network for industries and companies and significantly assisted in guiding my direction and my new "reason why".

I transitioned from the Army in 2021, and FourBlock was instrumental in achieving success. The networking with companies, fellow service members transitioning out, veterans volunteering their time as mentors and the like helped me learn about professions, industries and SMEs. I was able to get "soft introductions" to industry leaders to learn more about companies and see if I would be a good fit culturally and professionally. These informational interviews greatly assisted my career search. Highly recommend!!

THF has the most in-depth transition program AND the most supportive mentor and alumni program that I have seen. They started by building a foundation (finding your why) and from there develop your personal and career development on that. They have developed a great curriculum. Every class is very well organized and their cadre is first-rate. I cannot say enough about how well this organization prepares transitioning patriots for their next careers.
